Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and largest car exporter, on Saturday said it is hiking prices for all its models except the newly launched compact SUV Creta.
The price increase will be up to Rs 30,000 across models, effective August 1,2015.
Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President – sales and marketing, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said the price increase has been necessitated by increase of input costs.
"We have been absorbing most of the costs but now we are constrained to consider the price increase in these challenging market environment,” he said in a statemen
